PARENT’S GUIDE TO PAINTBALL & AIRSOFT PARTIES
Planning a birthday party? Here’s what you need to know before you arrive.
IS THE ENTIRE FIELD REALLY PRIVATE?
Yes. The entire indoor playing field and the entire adjoining staging and party area are reserved together, exclusively for your group throughout your session. No other parties share the space. Additional players and attendees may join only with the approval of the person who booked the party.
WHICH EXPERIENCE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
Airsoft
A different style of play using Airsoft replicas and BBs instead of paintball markers. A good option for groups already interested in Airsoft or kids who prefer that style of game.
AGES 10+
Low-Impact Paintball
A good starting point for younger or first-time players. Smaller .50 caliber balls create less impact than standard paintball.
AGES 10+
Standard Paintball
The traditional paintball experience. A better fit for older players, experienced groups, or kids comfortable with a more intense game.
AGES 14+If you are unsure which option to choose, Low-Impact Paintball is usually the easiest place to start for younger or first-time players.
WHAT HAPPENS ON PARTY DAY?
Your group gets a private session with a referee.
We provide the equipment, explain the rules, get everyone geared up, and guide the group through the games.
Your party includes a 3-hour private session.
Guests may arrive up to 30 minutes early to unload, complete waivers, and set up food, drinks, cake, and other party items.
WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH YOUR PARTY?
All three party options include the equipment, staff, and game time needed for the group to play. The main difference is the equipment and ammunition used.
Airsoft Equipment
Airsoft replicas, face protection and 5,000 Airsoft BBs for the group.

Low-impact marker, mask, chest protector, unlimited .50 caliber balls and unlimited air.

Standard marker, mask, chest protector, unlimited .68 caliber paintballs and unlimited air.

Additional players can be added for $50 each. Rental equipment is included for additional players.
WHAT SHOULD PLAYERS WEAR?
Keep it simple.
We recommend:
- Long-sleeve shirt or sweatshirt
- Long pants
- Sneakers or tennis shoes
- No open-toe shoes or slippers
We provide the required game equipment.
Gloves and a towel are optional.
CAN WE BRING FOOD AND CAKE?
Yes.
You may bring outside food, drinks, and ice chests, or have food delivered to the facility.
Refrigeration is available for cake and ice cream.
Maximum cake-box size:

- Other party supplies
WHAT SHOULD WE NOT BRING?
To keep cleanup simple and the facility safe, please do not bring:
- Confetti
- Glitter
- Silly String
- Open-flame burners
- Food warmers with an open flame
DO WE NEED WAIVERS?
Yes.
Players must complete the required waiver before participating.
You can download the waiver from the Waivers link in the main menu and complete it before arriving.
Doing this ahead of time helps check-in move faster and gives the group more time to get ready.
WHAT SHOULD PARENTS EXPECT?
You do not need to know anything about paintball or Airsoft before arriving.
Our staff handles the equipment, safety briefing, rules, and games.
Your main job is to get the group there, make sure waivers are completed, and enjoy the party.
If you are still deciding between the three options:
Low-Impact Paintball — best starting point for younger and first-time players.
Standard Paintball — traditional paintball with more intensity.
Airsoft — best for groups specifically interested in Airsoft-style play.
